Thank you for your interest!POSITION OVERVIEW:This PART-TIME position (5pm-10pm or 6pm-10pm, Mon-Fri) performs the tasks required to update DC Recordkeeping Systems with daily fund prices, dividends, rates, earnings; and the execution of daily trades with fund families, and client trustees and custodians. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:May perform one or more of the following:Receive, update, and validate prices and unit values from fund families or trustees.Provide trade instructions to various mutual fund companies by faxing or utilizing other media as required.Execute NSCC required transactions and tasks.Calculate unit values on various clients.Post mutual fund dividends/earnings on OMNI plans.Monitor scheduled jobs to ensure all jobs complete on time to meet fund family deadlines.Escalate job irregularities to IT for resolution to meet production schedule deadlinesFor RKS Specific teams:Receive, upload, and process transaction files.Resolve reject and warnings.Run financial valuation in simulated mode and review output.Complete valuation process by posting updated balances to all systems.EDUCATION AND TYPICAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Preferably requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience.ACS is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.Expected Travel Time: None
