Part time Marketing Assistant- Immediate Need!!

Client will need support with education function through through September and initiative to learn the second description. Job Description:Client's Education program provides free software and support to universities and colleges worldwide. Assistance is needed in managing this program. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and organized, as well as possess some knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. College degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field with experience in online research preferred.   Responsibilities:*Review Education program applications and create contracts for qualifying universities and colleges *Coordinate with local Education program contacts worldwide to distribute contracts, provide software, and answer questions about the program *Manage new program members through the Education database *Provide support directly to Education members located in the United States *Review the Education database quarterly to determine which contracts are expiring and process renewals *Communicate effectively with internal employees in order to organize software and license distribution, as well as ensure the proper contracts have been receivedOR (preferred)*Coordinate with lobbyists and/or congressional representatives to receive the proper request forms and/or online application information *Prepare and organize request forms and presentations for each program being submitted *Work with federal customers and internal employees to provide the most concise, accurate, and captivating information for request forms and   presentations *Provide hardcopy and softcopy request forms and presentations to management for submission *Annually, create a hardcopy file of all requests for future reference
