Summary
How would you like to be part of a team that produces the most important travel document in the world! Stanley, a federal contractor supporting Passport operations for fifteen years, is searching for a Passport Processing Supervisor for the New Orleans Passport Agency

The Processing Supervisor performs essential functions necessary for the issuance of the United States Passport. Under the direction of the Processing Manager, the supervisor plans, directs and coordinates activities in different production areas. This includes the daily activities of mail open, cashier, image capture (scanning), image review, data entry, bookprint, quality control, customer service functions such as searches, re-writes, re-issues, re-mails and PRISM (passport record scanning).

Specific Duties:

• Responsible for resolving administrative, personnel, and operating problems associated with management of employees in their job in order to assure timely issuance of passports.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the training of staff.
• Responsible for verifying adherence to all department and agency security regulations and internal controls.
• Responsible for documenting and following up with employee and corporate office for employee performance, attendance or conduct issues.
• Responsible for developing and verifying reports on timekeeping, production or other data in a timely manner and as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of (6) six years experience supervising staff in a call center, retail, financial/claims operations or production environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to expert functionality in MS office applications, including Excel.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferred:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related field such as Business or Liberal Arts.
