This position is within one of our specialized collection teams.Primary Functions: Identifies and resolves complex collection issues with workers’ compensation carriers, third party administrators, employers, as well as working with state insurance regulatory agencies on such issuesWorks within a team environment involved in gathering accounts receivable data from various internal sources Requires analysis of large data files in order to assist in creation of collection strategies which then may be implemented Essential Qualifications: Minimum of two years workers’ compensation insurance adjusting, healthcare collections, or healthcare provider billing experience within a workers’ compensation environmentB.S. within a business field; directly related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement Must be detail oriented, have high level analytical skills as well as excellent written/verbal communication skillsShould have an understanding of state workers’ compensation programs and be able to research/interpret state regulations when needed Should be very proficient (intermediate/advanced) in the use of Excel spreadsheet functions in order to manipulate, compare, and analyze large data filesMust be able to work on multiple projects at all times, as well as meet critical deadlines Fiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free WorkplaceBusiness AnalysisAdditional Information:Travel Percentage: 10%
