We are currently looking for someone with experience processing and auditing payroll data to join our company as a Payroll Analyst. This key position calls for someone with experience working for a large, multi-state employer, who can extend themselves into several analytical roles, including testing and validating data and reviewing and auditing payroll transactions that are generated by our human resources information system (HRIS). We are looking for this person to not only work within our current system, but also to streamline it by identifying and implementing more efficient ways to collect and process payroll information.

Strong candidates should have at least three years of experience working with payroll and payroll taxes, a strong understanding of labor and tax laws, the ability to identify and research unusual pay events, and the capability of producing reports such as trend analysis and departmental cost studies. Though a bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not required.
