Payroll Lead (Lally)

Job Category:  Human Resources Reference Code:  US_EN_1_025236_7475634 Location:  Canton Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Job Description:Responsible for developing procedures for and supervising the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes, employee benefit payments and reconciliation of all payroll related data.*** Ciridian experience is a must!Job Experience:*** Ciridian experience is a must!• Coordinates the maintenance of individual payroll records, payroll distribution, preparation of W-2 forms and Social Security reports • Reviews additions and changes to computerized payroll system such as changes in salary, benefits, tax withholdings, etc. • Ensures accounting distribution and preparation of deductions. • Ensures proper governmental reporting and compliance. • Oversees any irregular payments such as sales draws, bonus payments, etc.• Discusses payroll matters with employees. • Supports relationship with payroll vendor by attendance in regular service review meetings and weekly update meetings• Supervises a staff of clerical personnel• Compiles periodic and special reports on payroll matters for internal and external clients; including but not limited to payroll and tax information• Responsible for troubleshooting issues with the payroll system and processing schedules to ensure on-time transmission• Responsible for all ad hoc reporting of payroll data from the Ceridian Payroll System• Responsible for administration of Payroll Tax Liability and reconciles all outstanding tax issues and filings• Oversees full reconciliation of all payroll related information for both internal and external clients; including but not limited to earnings, deductions and variance reportingYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 YearsExpected Travel Time: None About Adecco North America Adecco is a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions.
