Summary

 

We are currently seeking a Payroll Processor who will be based at our Corporate Office in Newton, MA. Individual will be responsible for ensuring that the payroll caseload assigned to them is completed in a timely manner on a weekly basis. Provides customer service oriented administrative processes and adheres to company policies while meeting federal payroll guidelines.

Responsibilities Manages an assigned caseload of payroll sites and ensures proper processing of payroll for these sites. Provides backup and support to other payroll processors as needed. Ensures timely and accurate pay checks to employees. Drives communication and deadlines for any off cycle checks. Identifies issues with field sites and works with management to resolve. Builds and maintains relationships with field sites to ensure payroll compliance.

 

Qualifications/Requirements Customer service orientation. Strong organization skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. Familiar with payroll rules and regulations. Prior payroll and customer service experience. Data Entry skills.
