We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need.  Position Type: Permanent   ** Will do Visa sponsorship if necessary Description:Looking for a Functional PeopleSoft Analyst to be responsible for leading, coordinating and performing the functional tasks related to the development lifecycle in planning, implementing, upgrading and supporting the PeopleSoft (HRMS) Time & Labor system, including requirements definition, process analysis, fit/gap resolution, process design and implementation, functional design, application configuration, testing, training, and implementation validation. Qualifications: Experience in administrative or technical positions that demonstrate the ability to plan, design, develop, test and maintain systems applications. Solid understanding of time reporting, including reported time, scheduled time and exceptions. Experience configuring all Time & Labor setup tables (i.e., TRC, TL Calendar, Workgroups, rules, etc.) Proficiency in testing and debugging Time & Labor modular processes. Demonstrated understanding of HCM products of HR, Benefits, Payroll, including knowledge of their configurations/interface issues.
