Job Experience:5+ yrs of complex functional Peoplesoft HR testing experience. 3+ years of testing team (2+ direct reports) lead experience. Experience must include clients with employee populations close to or higher than Verizon population (200k+ employees). Experience with both hands on test planning/execution and test team leadership is a must. Experience with requirements gathering/design and related testing of highly customized PeopleSoft functionality is a major plus. Good oral and written communication skills are critical.
