Job Description:Top Talented PeopleSoft Project Managers are always needed in the Twin Cities area. As a PeopleSoft Project Manager, you will have five or more years Information Technology experience with Project Management experience in Information Technology and Business driven projects. Previous expereince managing large scale PeopleSoft Implementations including Financials and Human Resources is a MUST. Full life cycle Project Management, strong Client/Sponsor Management, demonstrated understanding of change control, risk management, project planning, team management, budgeting and scheduling. PMP certification or equivalent a plus! Specific Industry/Tools are Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Mortgage, Banking, Airline, Infrastructure, Data Warehousing, Structured methodology experience (RUP, PMP, etc), MS Project, Workbench, Niku.General Description:Expert in all conventional aspects of ensuring that program and/or project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines; value-added deliverables result in customer satisfaction. Has an ability to manage multiple projects with multiple dependencies and integration points. Performs cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives, can also determine project costs and controls/ensures delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines. Further develops, clarifies, and manages scope of project; achieves planned outcomes and targeted return on invested resources. Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities, and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables. Advises on solutions for dealing with issues and risks; provides peer review to project deliverables. Ultimately, manages the project scope and is able to direct project outcomes based on business objectives. Ensuring reliable delivery of critical milestones. Also manages initiative risk, monitors issue identification and oversees workforce; other duties as assigned.
