Job Description:Dimension & Scope:This position formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects and is responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results in addition to preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This position has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Education & Professional Certifications:Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline and six years relevant experience Or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline and four years relevant experience Or eleven years relevant experience without college degree. Movement within TCP Minimum three years experience in B3 Level TCP position. PMP certification highly desirable.Job Experience:Candidate Profile:Project management, analyst and Peoplesoft experience required. Experience working with multiple platforms (e.g., MVS, UNIX, NT, PC). Possesses advanced “Performance engineering skills” (i.e., ability to predict and build performance into systems rather than doing it later). Proven project management ability. Proven analytical and communication skills along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Customer service and detail oriented.
