The Performance Assurance Consultant will:·Ensure timeliness and accuracy of savings reports for assigned projects.·Manage the installation of hardware/software adds, change-orders, and solutions·Verify performance and sustained operation of ECMs·Assist clients and provide resolution for client issues with EMS system·Assist clients with issues related to ECM implementation·Perform site service when required·Facilitate project turnover to PASS·Provide PASS representation at client training & project turnover to PASS·Write sequences of operation for improved savings and/or operation·Provide additional client training as needed to achieve savings goals·Provide technical training and support internally and externally·Other duties as assigned.Essential Skills:EDUCATION:· Four-year degree or equivalent related work experienceEXPERIENCE:·Three years relevant work experienceSKILLS & ABILITIES:·Advanced understanding of building systems and energy use·Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to influence and persuade internal and external Customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.·Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.·Excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization..
