Performance Development Manager

Press Ganey, the leading provider of health care performance improvement solutions is seeking to hire a Performance Development Manager for our Physician and Employee Business Unit. This person is responsible for coordinating all aspects of training, development and knowledge transfer including new hire training and on-going development and cross-training for current associates. This position will also be responsible for gathering industry and position-related knowledge and information from internal and external sources to further develop associates’ skills and knowledge.

 

This person will have the ability to design, develop and deliver account executive, consultant and project management training which will effectively accomplish organization strategic goals and mirror corporate initiatives. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development/ Effectiveness or related field, with at least five (5) years of related training and development experience. Consulting experience is also preferred. This position will need to have a solid understanding of the healthcare consulting marketplace.
