Job Category:  Manufacturing/Production/Operations Reference Code:  US_EN_1_025395_7495745 Location:  Deer Park Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Job Description:Market Title: Precision Assembler IIIPosition Summary:Assemble valves of all types including the operation of all assembly tools and equipment and performance of all test requirements.Principle Accountabilities: The job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities are to read, utilize and explain SPP’s and maintenance bulletins; trouble shoot; train others on valve assemblies and test requirements; and pass off 100% skills of a grade HO5. Required to supply his/her own tools to perform daily task. (Basic pneumatic tools supplied by Company). Required to assist management in developing team atmosphere and improve morale through department. Will be required to work directly with customers.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires the ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to convert one type of measurement into another.Job Experience:Educations and/or Experience:One year certificate from college or technical school; and six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Skills:Know SSP’s and have skills sufficient to apply knowledge and background to new products and situations. May be required to write SPP’s or assist in writing.
