Premier Media Project Manager for a Client Service Operations Team

Job Description:For this position, you will bring your experience as a Systems Analyst to this world-renowned software company! Your responsibilities will include: Interfacing daily with Sales and Strategic brand clients to drive the end-to-end execution of premier ad products Managing all implementation aspects of premier media products Driving conference calls with creative agencies Acting as a Product Expert in order to discuss creative production process, best practices for design innovation, and technical feasibility Making case-by-case go/no-go decisions regarding special client requests for Rich Media customization Serving as a first tier troubleshooter and escalation point for all issues Providing timely correspondence to Sales and Clients as appropriate Ensuring quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures Coordinating with team members to manage daily team workload Helping foster innovation in tool and process development by submitting featured requests for future tool releases Identifying bugs in the tool set and send to Support Working with internal trainers to Q/A processes and checklistsJob Experience: 3+ years of related work experience Proficiency in Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, and Flash Working knowledge of html and web based design experience a must Experience working in a customer service organization Online advertising Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Outlook, HTML Proven ability to multi-task & work under pressure Proven ability to understand customer needs Proven ability to build ongoing relationships Working knowledge of online advertising technologies and products Bachelors Degree in Business/Science or other related field Familiarity with other Microsoft products, product interfaces, competitor's interfaces, or other industry standards/trends is preferredMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
