Prep Cook - Dearborn, MI

Qualifications Minimum of one year experience in food preparation required. High School Diploma or GED required. Position pays $9.50 per hour. MON Responsibilities The Prep Cook is responsible for meal preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinner service; as well as cold food prep and baking details. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Production and Lead Cook position who will assign the daily production schedule and give direction. The Prep Cook will accept responsibility of Cooks function in their absence.
