Pricing Manager

Job Description:DUTIES Perform duties and responsibilities that are common to most supervisory personnel.Provide senior management and directors with pricing analysis for new business and rebid programs.Write / revise Business Processes, policies, procedures and desk manuals. Maintain these documents as current in accordance with ISO requirements.Develop pricing system models required for each proposal effort including unique strategies or options to be both competitive and profitable. Maintain the pricing portion of approved Estimating Manual/System and daily direct interface with DCAA auditors and senior managers.Ensure that the approved pricing process is the only process used to determine cost estimates for Government proposals and that the pricing rationale reflects a comprehensive description of pricing strategy and elements.Provide pricing assistance with new project phase-in/start-up, transition efforts, capital investment procurement support, as required.Provide operating sites with contract amendment/modification pricing support.Performs other duties as required



Job Experience:EDUCATION •Bachelor’s degree with major related to job duties. Two additional years of experience may be substituted for each missing year of education.EXPERIENCE •Eight years professional-level pricing government proposals, managing contracts or developing business, including four years in a supervisory or lead role •Effective interpersonal, management, oral and written communication.•Thorough knowledge of FAR procurement practices, CAS and GAAP accounting principles.•Intermediate skill using Microsoft Excel and Access. •Basic skill using Microsoft Word.Expected Travel Time: None
