SummaryThe Principal Business Process Analyst will provide process and system support to our internal customers. This individual will be a business process partner to the Quality organization by providing assistance to the functional users, which includes system usage inquiries, subject matter expertise, and data analysis support and enhancement requests. Additionally, they will act as a liaison between the business and the technical team to ensure that user needs are translated properly into system functionality and ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines at BSC.Responsibilities Lead small to med size projects related to process improvements, audit preparation and system enhancements. Provide team leads with troubleshooting expertise. Work with third party configuration analysts and technical teams in translating requirements into system changes. Review test scripts and change request forms in support of system validations or system changes. Create test plans, coordinate user testing and perform system testing, and document test summaries. Participate in and document validation testing for projects and ongoing system change activities. Provide training support within scope of expertise. Identify areas of process improvements within the team. Provide troubleshooting support for ongoing system improvement. Conduct data analysis in support of projects. Some local travel to Quincy, MA required.Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 7+ years functional experience Experience with SAP (Logistics, Warehouse Management) mandatory; Experience with Global Trade Services (preferred) Experience working in an regulated industry - preferably Life Science Deep experience in Supply Chain Management - with concentration on Distribution Channel (pick, pack, ship, RF DC capabilities) Good communications (role with face our internal BSC customers) Proven experience with SDLC and Project Management; Experience managing 1-5M projects Critical to this role is self-start, leadership, willingness to engage, customer management** Defined Term - Guidant Integration Project **Job Experience:Please see aboveMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: More than 5 yearsExpected Travel Time: None Please visit us online at www.bostonscientific.com for more information.
