Currently, we are seeking for Process Technicians for our Corinth Professional Products Mill located in Corinth, MS Summary: Daily activities may include basic asset reliability, troubleshooting, grade changing, lift truck operations, and computer system usage.Responsibilities:* Operate a production line safely, effectively and efficiently. * Operate large machinery such as paper machines, pulp dryers, converting and packaging equipment and/or lift trucks. * Ensure and maximize team performance and results through skill diversity and development. Basic Qualifications: * Must be 18 years or older. * HS Diploma or GED. * 3 years of equipment operating and/or maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.* Must be able to maintain a work schedule of 12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:* 5 years of equipment operating and/or maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.* Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution. * Past experience in as a crew leader/coordinator.Other:* Basic PC skills* A strong commitment to working effectively in a team environment. * Basic understanding and application of safety policies and practices. * Strong communication and leadership skills, including self-motivation. * Must be able to pass pre-employment testing.
