Astronautics Corporation of America, a world leader in the design and manufacture of avionic systems, has a challenging opportunity available in our Contracts and Programs Department.

 

Program Manager

 



• Interfacing with customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure contractual commitments and financial, technical and schedule requirements are complied with

• Maintain technical and commercial marketing objectives and assure program completion within established milestones

 



 

• 5+ years experience managing all aspects of complex technical engineering development programs from contract award through completion

• Must possess leadership qualities that are essential to lead matrix organization teams

• Experience in MS Project and Risk Management

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering

• Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation and communication skills

• Must have in-depth knowledge of aircraft navigation and control systems

• Travel required
