Program Manager Corp Standards Strategy Team Job Description:WWMS-620418-Program Manager 3 Corp Standards Strategy Team NEWPosition Description - This position is for the Microsoft Interop Forum Community Manager. This person will build deep customer and partner engagement in interoperability topics on the forum by: Define plans and programs to build and maintain interop communities of partners, segments, or customer audiences in the forum Execute tasks related to maintaining existing community (forum moderation) Provide strategy and thought leadership in external networks. Execute tasks related to ecosystem expansion for interop partners, segments, or audiences. Increase the level of depth /drive depth discussions on key technical and business interop topics. Gather key data from partners, segments, or audiences, and use the data drive engagement. Collect and act on partner, segment, or audience feedback, ensure that interop forum community satisfaction consistently meets targeted rating goals and monitor broad community health. - Qualifications - - Interest in interoperability issues and preferably a known, respected voice on interop issues - Proven success at creating and maintaining a technical online community - Familiarity with MS products/services and related interop issues - Demonstrated program management skills, ability to thrive in ambiguous environments - Microsoft experience preferred.Extremely articulate communicator, charismatic, ability to thrive in ambiguity, ability to partner with broad stakeholder audiences.Job Experience:Program Manager Corp Standards Strategy TeamExpected Travel Time: None
