Duties: Weekly organize and post Quality Gap report in Excel database, prepare monthly Program Key Quality indicators report, prepare program schedule using Excel and PowerPoint, manage planning activities for current and future programs, prepare weekly agendas for Technical Program Review, ensure reports are easily understandable and provide added value for program oversight. Will work with quality groups onsite and from England.Job Experience:Must be comfortable working at a very detailed level. Must have a Completer-Finsher personality with good follow up skills and ability to keep things from falling through cracks. Must work well with others and communicate with team members on action items without causing conflict.
