Essential Skills:• Reports to the Program Portfolio and Review Lead• Supports ongoing development, expansion, and maintenance of the Executive Strategic Program (ESP) inventory• Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with ESP Executive Sponsors, Business Owners and Program Managers to develop and maintain an ongoing understanding of the programs, dependencies, progress, issues, financials, milestones and dependencies• Supports development of the ESP review process for the Executive Strategy Group (ESG)• Supports the development of the project portfolio management processes• Supports the review and analysis necessary to perform portfolio balancing activities for corporate project portfolios• Understand strategic alignment, financial contribution and business impact of project portfolios • Performs project portfolio reporting• Facilitates the definition and roll-out of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Toolset • Participates in special projects related to project portfolio management at Walgreens, as neededQualifications:• Bachelors Degree• MBA Degree a plus• Project portfolio analysis experience• Financial / project performance analysis experience• Experience with cost/benefit analysis for complex projects & programs• Project/program management experience• Experience with project management tools• Ability to effectively communicate problems, issues, risks, etc. both via written and oral methods to various levels of stakeholders and leadership• Walgreen “network” knowledge (key WAG staff, data sources, functions, procedures) a plus• Experience with MS Tools, Enterprise PPM Tool knowledge a plus• PMI Certification a plus• Relevant years of experience: 5-7Project Management, Business Management, Business Analysis Company: Walgreens Location: Deerfield, IL 60015 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Project/Program Management Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: Walgreens Reference Code: PCK347-39240
