Based in Dallas, ACS is a FORTUNE 500 company of 62,000 people supporting client operations reaching more than 100 countries.It would be hard for you to go through a day without encountering the products or services of our many clients in communications, education, energy, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, travel, and transportation.May perform one or more of the following duties:Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.Performs all other duties as assigned.REPESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:May perform one or more of the following duties:Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending.Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers.Responsibilities include the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignmentwith the client's expectations and business needs.Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed theexpectations established in project designs.Performs all other duties as assigned.Education and Specific Responsibilities:A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.Create, modify and maintain database spreadsheet applications that enhance efficiencies for the CSB operating groups.Produce reports or output data for required daily, weekly or monthly CSB tasks.Provide general troubleshooting and assistance to the CSB operational areas for various software applications.Works to support the CSB Management teams. Specific Requirements:Proficient with MS office (Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint), Windows OS (2000, NT, XP) and have a working knowledgeof MS Outlook, SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Basic.Database programming and database architecture experience.Proven written and verbal communication skills.
