Project Director

Inverness Technologies, Inc is accepting resumes for a full time Project Director to manage a large, nationwide project providing rehabilitation and employment services to disabled veterans.  This is a critical management position with high visibility at multiple levels. The Director will manage this large, geographically disbursed project, supervise key management staff and subcontractors and be the primary POC with the client. A variety of program services will be provided to include: 1.) initial assessment & evaluation, 2.) case management, 3.) employment services, 4.) vocational counseling, 5) independent living, 6) Assistive technology.

 

Project Director will oversee all program and contractual requirements and work closely with the client, managers and subcontractors to ensure that all performance standards are being met.  Successful candidate must have outstanding communication and writing skills, the ability to interface with high level government officials, key management staff, subcontractors, and various staff members at all levels.  Previous experience in a government contracting environment strongly preferred to include profit and loss experience.  Candidate must have ten+ years of experience managing large scale rehabilitation programs and services with strong project management skills. 

 

Master’s degree in Rehabilitative Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or closely related discipline preferred. Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) preferred.  Knowledge of the Department of Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation programs strongly preferred.
