Project/Facility Manager

This position is responsible for the management of a mixed use facility. Daily management responsibilities include: all facility management including uniformity and facility maintenance; all accounting functions and P&L management; marketing; budgeting; heavy client relations; and human resource management.

Position requires a Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience including at least 2+ years of supervisory experience. Also required is a flexible schedule, ability to work nights and weekends as needed; strong work ethic, customer service focus, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through initiative; sound judgement; excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
