Candidate must have a well established understanding and experience in construction activities such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, carpentry, drywall, etc. to be able to understand how to get new construction and rearrangement projects completed. The candidate must be able to coordinate all aspects of each project to get it accomplished including planning, engineering, scheduling, contracting, safety, environmental, etc. and also provide feedback, cost estimating and tracking. Job Experience:The position also requires strong people skills to deal with an extreme variety of people requesting projects. A degree is not necessary, but a plus.
