Job Summary:
Provide project management support to the Corporate Director Refrigeration / Electrical Systems and Environmental Compliance in order to complete all capital projects required to maintain assets and seamless operations.

Job Responsibilities:Position is responsible for managing allocated scopes of work for capital. Accountable for maintaining project budget and project timelines as allocated by defined Capital expenditure. Working knowledge of local, State and Federal codes and agencies. Responsible for managing state, local and federal required documentation as required by capital projects. Position is responsible for communication at the FM level on day to day progress as required.Perform facility inspections for each of the following disciplines: general building conditions, building infrastructure, building sanitation, safe operations, asset management planning, site conditions including: storm water management, and lighting and paving.Provide estimation for projects ranging up to $500,000. Estimation will include meeting with existing and new vendors to obtain estimates for capital projects, insuring that scope of work is in line with project initiatives and applicable codes.This position is responsible to support the Corporate Director Refrigeration / Electrical Systems for planned emergency and critical emergency response. Support would encompass: fuel spills, power outages, transformer outages, building integrity emergencies, racking failure, roof leaks, water main breaks, sewer line ruptures.HAZ MAT response team.Order supplies and material for projects as required.

Job Requirements:Associates Degree or equivalent project management experience.5–7 years of construction management and estimation, 2-4 Refrigeration experience.Commercial/Industrial building systems, construction methodology, electrical/mechanical/site infrastructure, asset management, life safety, federal/state uniform building code, AIA Contract Development, Contract addendum development.Construction management, contract management, code enforcement agent interaction skills, knowledge and interface with government mandated regulations (i.e. FDA, NFPA, EPA, OSHA,…), Strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.OSHA Certification, Microsoft Word, excel and basic CAD / Voloview.
