Cibola is an audiovisual Systems Integrator, providing custom solutions to improve group communication. Our On Site AV Project Manager will contribute to Cibola’s success by working with the systems integration team to: 

· Be the key job site liaison with Clients, Architects, and Contractors to implement complex multi-million dollar multimedia systems.

· Coordinate infrastructure provided by other trades.

· Understand construction challenges and develop solutions in the field.

· Provide daily job site direction for Cibola’s Field Engineers and Technicians.

· Coordinate delivery and storage of equipment and materials.

· Update all documentation to reflect field changes and schedule modifications.

· Surpass Client expectations for timeliness and professionalism.

· Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.

 

Candidates for this position should offer the following:

 

· Solid Technical Knowledge – 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience supervising commercial construction, coupled with a background in low voltage electrical systems.  Bachelor’s degree required from a 4 year accredited university.

· Proactive Problem Solver – The energy to discover and solve complex construction issues.

· Detail-oriented Communicator – The disciplines of speaking concisely, and documenting rigorously.

· Team Player – A collaborative approach to working with Clients, Architects and other Contractors.
