Company:  Ajilon Office Job Category:  Administrative/Clerical Reference Code:  K6-05230-507799 Location:  Irvine, CA 92602 Job Status:  Full Time Duties to Include: Working with top producing team Managing client and landlord relationships Day to day contact with client on a local, national and international basis Day to day contact with landlords on a local, national and international basis Lease database maintenance Track pending leases/amendments Preparing quarterly reports for the client Lease analysis Correspondence with landlords regarding property management issues (i.e. extensions/holdovers, signage, parking, elevators, maintenance, etc.) Creation of lease files as well as copies to client Financial analysis of lease obligations Providing on-going project status reports Initiation and implementation of new reporting to further and better manage client Weekly client meetings with team Managing lease renewals and expansions Experience Needed: Commercial Property Management (must be in Commercial real estate not Residential) Excel, Word, Power Point Excellent oral and written communication skills (good speaking, writing, computer, and financial skills) Financial Analysis a plusSalary/Pay Rate: $60,000-$75,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
