Q&A Lab Tech. - $12.50 per hour

Job Description:Corcoran area. June through October. NINE Lab techs needed!Under the direction of the QA Supervisor, perform: product and other sample analysis, sample collection, sample storage, instrument calibration, data entry; and maintain the lab in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Calibrate laboratory instruments following written procedures2. Perform physical and chemical analysis of product following written procedures.3. Perform other analysis following written procedures.4. Inspect product labels5. Collect pomace and juice samples from locations within the plant. 6. Store samples in the cold room7. Review lab data generated and report unusual conditions 8. Computer data entry9. Other tasks as deemed necessary by management.General:1. Must be observant, organized, and detailed oriented.2. Must function well in a fast paced environment3. Related experience helpful.4. Desire and ability to learn.Qualifications:1. High school diploma/GED or related experience.2.
