Our client, a Fortune 1000 company based in Miami, is seeking a Sr. QA Analyst.

Responsibilities include:
The applications supported are very complex and mission critical (Client Server, Internet/Java and AS400 applications). The successful candidate must be committed to Quality Assurance and must be able to function independently with little supervision. It requires a candidate who is highly analytical; self motivated with initiative, and has great follow through skills. Experience in working in a project team environment, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

The Technical skills are:

• Client-Server Windows based application development and automated testing tools: such as Quick Test Professional, WinRunner, Loadrunner, and Test-Director.
• Candidate should have familiarity with database schemas, SQL ad a programming language (C or Visual C preferred). 

Requirements
• Must have strong load testing skills
• Competent to test software enhancements
• Capable to document software defects and coordinate user acceptance
• Capable to testing and change management on fairly complex projects
• Must have 2-5 years experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologies
• Individual shall have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technical training equivalent.
