Qualifications Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing Current licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state Medicare certified Home Health experience, UR and Coding exp. Responsibilities This position is responsible for assuring that standards of care delivery are being maintained by monitoring records, coaching staff, and by using the continuous quality improvement process. Advises Clinical Supervisor and Administrator or problems, concerns and recommended action.
