Job Summary:The Application Services Analyst is responsible for the execution, tracking and completion of tasks supporting the QA Environments, so the QA team may deliver functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing. Experience & Qualifications:3+ years Windows server technology 2+ years of experience with VMWare and Virtual Center template technology. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and processes for software testing / quality assurance guidelines. Experience in software testing / quality assurance Experience with QA Environments Experience in creating and executing; test plans, cases, and scripts. Experience in data analysis and data testing. Demonstrated efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio)Essential Functions:. Proactively seek out and implement efforts that continuously improve test environments and related process to enable QA to deliver quality systems in a timely and efficient manner. . Provide day to day support of the QA Test Environment and the users of that environment. . Identify, document, and communicate potential system problems discovered prior to implementation so that appropriate business decisions can be made regarding the implementation of the systems. . Provide first-level support for assigned systems, including rotating assignment to provide 24x7 on-call coverage and monitoring system logs and messages. . Develop, package, test, document and implement quality infrastructure solutions. . Debug and correct internal and external infrastructure problems. . Provide estimates for assigned deliverables as directed by leader. . Perform Basic programming / scripting / packaging functions. . Provide system performance, tuning, internals and root cause determination. . Assist in developing technical requirements and interoperability of systems. .
