Quality Assurance Assistant

We are searching for Quality Assurance Assistants to join our team. 

 

Quality Assurance Assistants ensure efficiency, quality and compliance of information.  This position must validate information that is received is correct and compliant before releasing it to clients.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES

- Reviewing criminal information

- Interacting with suppliers and researchers to ensure turnaround time and quality of information

- Maintaining QA standards and objectives

- Ensuring a high level of customer service and investigating issues related to quality of information

- Replying to clients inquiries

 

REQUIREMENTS

- 1-2 years related experience required

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient computer skills

-  Excellent customer service skills and phone support

- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
