Quality Assurance Coordinator-licensing

Knowledge Services, a professional services firm providing staffing services, web-enabled Vendor Management Systems and Staffing Optimization Solutions, has a contract opportunity (now through October 1, 2008) for a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Glendale, CA. 

The perfect candidate for this position will have strong experience using SAP and MS-Office - including preparing presentations - and will have experience working with internal licensing managers and licensees in North America and Canada.  Hours are M-F, 8:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Job Description: Respond to inquiries from licensees and licensing managers regarding labor standards issues and make recommendations for resolution of complicated business concerns.  Facilitate formal training sessions for licensees and internal licensing executives including assisting in the development of educational materials for a wide range of internal and external audiences.  Maintain accurate inventory of facilities producing branded product through the collection and dissemination of factory forms and agreements.  Conduct trend analyses to identify areas where compliance efforts may need to be strengthened.  Develop and deliver reports to licensees outlining contractual requirements related to ILS including compliance status of identified factory base.  Support the Monitoring Operations team in the development of labor standards policies and procedures.
