Quality Assurance (QA) Lead / Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Job Description:Genesis10 is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead for a Contact-to-Hire opportunity for a major client in the Des Moines area. The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will have previous experience in designing a test strategy document for large projects (defined as over 1000 hours in size, over 5 months duration and Cross Business Unit in nature) with testing application experience and strong leadership skills. No third parties, corp-to-corp or sponsorships at this time.Job Experience:Required Experience/Skills:- Previous experience in designing a test strategy document for large projects (defined as over 1000 hours in size, over 5 months duration and Cross Business Unit in nature).- 7-10 years of testing application and leadership skills.- Evaluating the resource needs for test execution.- Experience with testing tools and Coordinating testing environments.- Create the test matrix (Requirements Traceability Matrix) and test case survey documents.- Review and design documentation.- Create test cases from design documentation to match the business requirements.- Experience using QTP/automated testing tools.- Previous background in SQL queries.- Work with a demanding user base, capable of communicating to business users.- Work in a variety of technical environments, developing own skill sets to match the changing technological environment.- Lead team on testing specifications.This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning team.
