Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:Immediate need for quality assurance specialist. Essential duties and responsibilities include provide technical assistance to customers through periodical visits. Conduct training and education seminars to dealers and end-users as needed. Ensure proper and relevant claim procedures are enforced and followed by clients. Manage warranty claims including inspection, analysis, collections, reporting. Report product related quality concerns as quickly as possible to the immediate supervisor, coordinate and implement product evaluation including mounting, monitoring product performance and reporting any finding to the immediate supervisor.Skills/Qualifications: Excellent oral & written Communication Skills Reading, analytical & presentation Skills Well organized, detail oreinted, self motivated Computer Literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must Team Player Math Aptitude Excellent Interpersonal Skills Time ManagementEducation/TrainingThis position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering and/or equivalent training in the Technical Service area.ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in the tire industry and/or related area.
