Qualty Control Administrator

POSITION:  QUALITY CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR

We are a full service building maintenance company, specializing in custodial, carpet and floor care, upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and parking lot cleaning services to governmental facilities, cultural and educational institutions, hospitality properties, industrial facilities, commercial properties, financial institutions and medical centers.

Our company is expanding and we have an immediate need for an experienced regional Quality Control Administrator for the Greater Los Angeles surrounding areas.

Typical responsibilities will include the following:Conduct periodic visits to the assigned buildings.Communicate with the site manager or contact person to identify service issues and problems. Inspect work performed within the job sites for quality and thoroughness. Inspect janitorial closets to assure chemicals and supplies are well stocked and stored properly. Inspect employees to insure they are dressed according to company standards with proper uniforms, ID badges, back braces, working shoes and to determine that safe work practices are followed. Communicate regularly with Area Supervisor/Manager to report any issues or problems that need immediate attention. Submit daily status reports to Area Supervisor/Manager and to the corporate office. Follow up on work orders and pending issues to insure that all have been completed or are progressing as appropriate.

Requirements:Associate Degree or higher, prefer BA/BS degree  Three to five years experience in quality control, workflow or process monitoring on multiple sites. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and in writing. Excellent customer service skills. The ability to work flexible hours--day, evening and/or weekends. The ability to work well under conflicting deadlines, time pressures and changing priorities Dependable transportation with current auto insurance. Current drivers' license and good driving record (Note:  A car allowance or company car will be provided). Bilingual - Spanish/English strongly desired.
