Invensys Process Systems has an exciting opportunity for a researcher located in our Houston office.POSITION DESCRIPTION TITLE: RESEARCHERREPORTS TO: Education: Bachelor degree preferred Experience: 2 years + Basic Function: Deliver an efficient and effective research and candidate resourcing service Source, and screen candidates in line with quality and delivery targets and deadlines. Build strong, short and long term talent pipelines. Raise and maintain awareness of employer brand across numerous markets and communities. Present the Invensys IPS proposition to candidates in a motivational way and ensure interest in the role. Primary Responsibilities: • Take the brief from Senior Recruiter,agree and set sourcing strategy and project deadlines. • Generate and maintain a direct candidate pipeline by using appropriate range of sourcing methods including, but not limited to name generation, cold calls, job postings, database mining, referrals and networking. • Understand, articulate and sell Invensys Process Systems culture, business and employer proposition to candidates. • Initiate contacts with candidates, gain trust, build relationships, pre-screen against defined criteria and sell employer proposition to build longlists of qualified candidates and present them to Senior recruiter. • Thoroughly track candidate information and up-date steps and progress in the Applicant Tracking System and reports. • Develop and maintain knowledge of Invensys Process Systems business, organization and roles. • Develop and maintain market knowledge, especially competitor landscape. • Provide advice-evidence on market conditions, competitor intelligence and candidate feedback. • Provide regular progress up-dates to management and staffing team on sourcing assignments. • Contribute actively as a staffing team member to plan and forecast activity and improve Company overall recruitment lifecycle and service delivery. Skills/ Knowledge and Experience : • Minimum 2 years professional experience in recruitment or research is required. • Proven experience of generating candidate leads through cold calling and advanced use of modern sourcing techniques and resources including but not limited to online networking, Boolean searches and search-engine optimization techniques. • Strong ability to communicate and sell over the telephone. • Ability to match job descriptions and resumes to determine a good fit. • IT literate for DAILY use of : MS office (outlook, Word, Excel, powerpoint), ATS and internet. • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to represent professionally a leading global company, attract, and influence both professional/management and active/passive candidates. • Drive for results. • Foster close teamwork. with Senior Recruiters and other HR peers. • Resourceful, creative and a lateral thinking problem solver. • Strong internal drive, high level of energy and tenacity. • Organized to handle large amounts of information in a structured and logical way. • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced client-centered business environment.
