RETAIL TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Decleor, a leading global skin care brand distributed through premier day spas and retail chains, is looking to expand the Retail Sales team to focus on growing the brand throughout the North East (NY, NJ, Boston, CT and RI).  If you are interested in becoming part of a high energy, entrepreneurial team determined to make this happen, then we would like to talk to you. 

 

The Retail Training Executive’s primary role is to increase Decleor Retail Sales business in the NE territory with a strong emphasis in a training role, through organized planning and execution of the business in detail. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 Effectively conduct training within the assigned region.

 Develop strong partnerships with NE retail accounts and increase the awareness level of Decleor within assigned territory.

 Manage NE territory monthly, seasonal and annual sales strategy to achieve sales goals.

 Responsible for timeline management for all key initiatives.

 Manage all required administrative duties efficiently and accurately while meeting required deadlines.

 

Requirements:

 Five years management/retail sales experience with a minimum of five years beauty industry experience.  Prior background in beauty education and training a must.

 Strong leadership, presentation and training skills.

 Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

 Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and travel 10% per month.
