Receptionist - Customer Service / Support

We are looking for a polished bright diamond with a great attitude to join our small team in Midtown Manhattan.     

 

Primary Duties:

·         Answering all incoming calls, taking accurate messages, greeting visitors and staff, receiving and distributing incoming packages and mail, filing, faxing, creating binders and keeping conference and trading rooms organized and ready for use.  Assist clients with inquiries and requests.  Some admin duties include assisting management with travel plans, expense reports, and running errands.  Coordinate office supply orders and assist in other admin duties as needed. 

 

Ideal Candidate should have:

·         The ideal candidate will have strong communication/writing skills, be pleasant & customer service oriented, can work in a fast paced environment, flexible to change and a self starter.  Must be able to work well with others and be a dedicated team member.  Must be motivated and friendly with a positive attitude.  Minimum Associate Degree and one year experience as a receptionist within an administrative role.  Proficient with MS Office, Internet savvy, and be able to type at least 45 words per minute.
