Receptionist/general office - $32K

Job Description:Receptionist/General OfficeTo answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and to ensure that all calls are routed to the appropriate personnel. To provide comprehensive, accurate and timely processing of all tasks listed in the position responsibilities section, and to ensure that the appropriate priority level is always given to Owner and Executive Management daily requirements. As a receptionist/General Office you will be responsible to answer all incoming calls. Route callers to appropriate personnel.Open, sort and distribute daily USPS mail and overnight packages. Maintain postage machine and supplies to include reloading machine with postage dollars when needed. Mail all accounting invoices and weekly check runs to the appropriate parties as requested. Prepare twice weekly priority mail packets. Take any left over mail to post office at end of day.Process requisitions, purchase orders and packing lists for office supplies. Maintain inventory log of all supply storage locations in our facility to ascertain supply levels.All other duties as assigned Maintain sufficient copy machine, printer and fax machine supplies (paper, toner, etc) and work towards becoming proficient in the replacement and troubleshooting functions of the office machines so that you can resolve issues for the departments that depend on them for daily activity. Work with the Director of Operations to become familiar with our policies and procedures related to calling out service people to service the equipment.



Job Experience:call for details, Minimum 2 years experience in similar role. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish/Japanese is a Plus!!!!
