Thank you for your interest!Position includes developing and implementing recruiting strategies for entry level positions, sourcing the active and passive market, screening applicants/résumés, arranging and conducting both phone and in-person interviews. Also includes high-level client contact, reporting, and supervision of Recruiting Assistants. Reports to Recruiting Manager. REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Develops and implements recruiting strategies to meet internal client needs. Engages recruiting assignments of moderate complexity to review applicant credentials, assess qualified candidates, and partner with client hiring manager to determine interview needs. Coordinates with client hiring managers and applicants to schedule and conduct both phone and in-person interviews. Oversees aspects of the new hire process to ensure applicants assume employee status consistent with the company’s policies, procedures and practices. Contacts applicable job fairs, colleges, etc. to arrange interviews or maintain existing/develop new relationships. Develops/revises departmental documentation/relevant company materials, focusing on accuracy and thoroughness. Ensures, through lower level staff, that information on company facilities/job opportunities is provided to potential applicants as required. Generate reports and analyze data for recruiting and management. Develop and manage proactive sourcing program. Education and Typical Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of current recruiting experience with an expertise in recruiting entry-level candidates. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Direct sourcing skills. Strong organizational skills.Must reside within a commutable distance of Cary, North Carolina and be able to work overtime as needed.Expected Travel Time: None
