Recruiting Assistant - Customer Care Job Description:Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Recruiting Assistant in Tualitan, Oregon:PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs a variety of clerical or administrative tasks in support of company-wide recruiting efforts for multiple internal clients. Tasks may include support in implementing recruiting strategies, screening applicants/résumés, coordinating both phone/in-person interviews and aspects of the new hire process. Compiles and distributes company information/related materials for applicants and performs related office support functions as necessary; may also coordinate interview schedules. This entry-level clerical position requires familiarity with general office practices and procedures. Incumbent performs routine clerical functions and assists with simple tasks following established policies. Works under close supervision and work is closely checked.REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Process paperwork in an efficient manner according to set procedures.Records, posts, codes, logs, photocopies, distributes and or updates information in support of training efforts.Prepares reoccurring reports and presentations.May be asked to provide less complex administrative support during training material preparation.Establishes and maintains files in accordance with predetermined standards.May distribute mail within departmental unit.May review and proofread training materials for accuracy and thoroughness.May provide office support as necessary.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:HS diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 6 months related experience.Good organizational skills.Expected Travel Time: None
