Tasks may include support in implementing recruiting strategies, screening applicants/résumés, coordinating both phone/in-person interviews and aspects of the new hire process. Compiles and distributes company information/related materials for applicants and performs related office support functions as necessary; may also coordinate interview schedules. This entry-level clerical position requires familiarity with general office practices and procedures. Incumbent performs routine clerical functions and assists with simple tasks following established policies. Works under close supervision and work is closely checked.RECRUITING ASSISTANTREPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Process paperwork in an efficient manner according to set procedures.-Assist with candidate testing, background checks, drug testing, offer letters-Assist with job fairs as needed-Assist and support Recruiters with the applicant tracking system-Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews.-Compiles company information and related material and distributes to applicants.-Assists senior recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events.-Arranges travel and lodging for select applicants as required.-Prepares reoccurring reports and presentations.-May provide office support as necessary.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:-HS diploma or equivalent.-Minimum of 6 months related experience with Human Resources or Recruiting.-Good organizational skills.-Good computer skills.-Ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast paced work environmentACS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not Discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion/creed, national origin, gender, or sex, marital status, age, disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.
