We believe in rewarding and recognizing risk-taking and creativity.We have a strong opportunity in our Houston, TX location, for a Recruitment Coordinator.Summary of Job Responsibilities: Organize and maintain administrative functions so that the staffing department runs smoothly and efficiently. Specifically: • Schedule candidate interviews • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements.• Coordinate meeting room arrangements and meeting agendas for multiple events including but not limited to candidates interviews.• Participate in and coordinate off-site recruitment events.• Maintain staffing candidate files and records; process related forms, expense reports and invoices.• Provide information to employees and managers on matters pertaining to open positions, recruitment processes and policies and the like. • Coordinate candidate reference checks with service provider.• Issue candidate offers • Coordinate all pre-employment administration for final candidate.• Conduct employee orientation as required to inform new employees of company benefits programs.• Coordinate staffing management reports. Key internal contacts will include HR colleagues, management, employees and candidates who will call requesting various human resources related information. Critical to success is the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in the midst of fast-paced, highly charged activity. As the point of contact for the Human Resources staffing function, many simultaneous demands will be made on both time and talents. Flexibility, assertiveness, and a good sense of humor are essential! At the "pulse" of the organization, this position is an excellent vantage point from which to gain valuable expertise on our business and insight into the human side of the Company. Summary of Job Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of HR Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate environment. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor both on the phone and in person with internal clients, candidates and guests are a must. Attention to details.Strong organization skills, including the ability to coordinate and schedule clients, candidates, recruiters as well as re-prioritize workloads. A talent for "multi-tasking" in a dynamic environment is essential for success in this position. A good aptitude for numbers. Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills. The ability to generate correspondence and prepare presentations. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with respect to sensitive information and documents. Knowledgeable of benefit programs and on-boarding processes.
