Regional Client Relations Manager

 The Regional Client Relations Manager is responsible for growing the client loyalty within the portfolio of assigned region.  Monitor results including preparation of reports supporting client retention, client portfolio activities, and related metrics.  This position plays a major role in the development of client management strategies to increase these measurements. 

Creatively and independently develop and offer ad hoc retention strategy and review and provide feedback to staff. Raise issues as needed to National Client Relations Manager and provide client insight and suggested resolutions to client  issues.

 



Requirements


Requirements include the following:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university;    Five years related experience in Client Relationship / Account Management, including at least two years in a management or staff leadership role. Prior PEO experience preferred.   PHR Certification, or ability to obtain within a twelve month period, required. Ability to travel 25 to 40%
