Job Description:Make a Difference Senior Project Manager Parsons’ provides mission critical solutions to the US government. Our landmark planning, environmental, engineering, construction, and facility operation programs have supported federally-funded chemical weapons demilitarization, military installations and ranges, space exploration, missile defense, aviation, and sustainability programs. (Parsons) has been providing Program Management Services under an Indefinite Quantity Contract to the U.S. Postal Service. Parsons provides all facilities-related services for the entire portfolio of USPS facilities, nationwide, as well as complete services, from investigation to design, construction and construction management, for nationwide programs. Need Parsons’ has a dynamic opportunity for a” hands-on” Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will utilize his/her business development and client management skills, to effectively support the Facilities Service Office of the U.S. Postal Service. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Program, including real estate, design, construction / construction management, environmental, O&M services, as well as administration of projects. This position is based in our Chicago, IL office. Requirements 15-20 years experience in “hands-on Project Management” with projects in the 5 to 10 million range. Experienced in fixed price contracts. Strong Business Development and Client management skills. 4 year degree in Architecture or related technical field Professional registration is preferred EEO EOE/M/F/D/V.
