This position targets Corporate Jets/Aviation. Meeting with decision makers in large corporations, pilots, or the single Jet owners. Responsible for managing own business and travel expenses related to sales activity. . Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets; full accountability for revenue and expenses for respective territory. Expected to maximize sales opportunities.·Demonstrate competency in use of internal sales automation system, including the maintenance and reporting of client/prospect data.·Meet or exceed all minimum required sales activity expectations. ·Responsible for timely receipt of territory accounts receivables, in accordance with company and departmental guidelines. ·Create and manage regional territory action plan designed to maximize revenues from all clients and prospects within territory. ·Coordinates assigned Account Manager in company home office activities to ensure maximum attainment of up-sell and account renewal activities, and optimal customer satisfaction.·Assist in setting up/arranging and/or attending special events (seminars, tradeshows) within territory.·Responsible for ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.·Remain current in understanding and application of Company's ISO 9001:2000 processes and provide assistance as required in tasks associated with maintaining ISO certification. ·Attend ongoing sales and professional development training and report program highlights as defined by sales management. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:Detroit, Michigan resident to work North East TerritoryDemonstrated sales experience and networking in the Aviation market Professional able to present in a corporate and other settings Comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations, contracts and any other administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.·Previous sales /account management experience Network/contacts preferredDemonstrated effective analytical, interpersonal, decision making and communication skills, including but not limited to group presentation and report preparation.·Demonstrated competency with basic mathematic calculations, including the calculation of percentages, discounts, and commissions.·Must possess valid driver’s license.·Must be able to provide proof of auto insurance coverage sufficient to meet the requirements of the state of residence and/or work.·Must be able to travel by air.Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
